Anthony

Certified Veterinary Assistant

Anthony Rosario, CVA ( Certified Veterinary Assistant ), has been with My pet’s Vet since 2013. When Anthony first began at MPV, we noticed two things right away. First off, he was very quiet. Secondly, he never stopped working. When he wasn’t asked to perform a specific task, he routinely found something constructive to do. Now that’s how to make a debut! Anthony has been with us for some time now and slowly became a “jack of all trades.” He is considered now to be a very important member of our team.

Megan

Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician

Megan, LVMT (Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician) graduated from Heritage Institute in Fort Myers, receiving her LVMT license in 2014. She completed an externship in exotic animal medicine before switching to emergency & critical care. After joining My Pets Vet in the summer of 2021, she was promoted to Lead Technician and is responsible for the day to day duties on the floor. Her hobbies include hiking, fishing, music and spending time with her husband, three cats and one uromastyx lizard.

Joan

Receptionist

Joan (pronounced Jo-ann) has been with My Pet’s Vet since 2012, and is one of our talented bilingual (English-Spanish) receptionists. Every operation the likes of ours needs someone like Joan. No matter how crazy our small animal hospital world can get ( it does…and often! ), Joan consistently remains extremely calm, cool and collected. Besides being an excellent receptionist, Joan has been cross trained to work as a technician when some of that craziness previously mentioned comes into play.

Before joining MPV, Joan attended ABM University theological seminary where she attained a certificate in Medical Assistance and Phlebotomy, and is a Certified Nursing Assistant. Joan is also a mom who manages both her job and her family. Really….how DOES she stay so calm?

Felipe

Kennel Leader
